Subconscious Sobriety™

Do you feel like you're stuck in a pattern of self-sabotage with alcohol, substances, or other addictions? Like no matter how much you try to quit, something keeps pulling you back in?

Your subconscious mind - far more powerful than your conscious mind - is either working for you or against you.

If your subconscious mind still believes that alcohol is the answer, then you’ve probably realized that having a conscious awareness of the damage caused by the addiction is not enough to successfully stop.

Maybe it's time to have a direct conversation with your subconscious mind.

Using hypnosis & other tools, we will communicate directly to your subconscious mind, so that it understands that the addiction no longer fits into your new identity and plan for life.

"After going to rehab several times, only to return to the same pattern of using substances, I had given up on lasting sobriety. After working with Joe, I now have an identity that no longer includes alcohol and substances. Without the constant distraction of the addiction, I now have the freedom to finally be moving forward in my career!"

  • The 1 objective of your subconscious mind
  • The 2 states of your subconscious mind
  • The 3 languages of your subconscious mind

We’ll never share your info with anyone.

FAQs

We believe your subconscious mind is far more powerful than your conscious mind and that it is the source of your thoughts and feelings, which ultimately drive your behavior.

Many ‘experts,’ and society in general, talk about change as if it’s simply a matter of conscious decision. I’m guessing you’ve already tried that approach and found it, at best, to cause you to feel like you’re swimming upstream and, at worst, to be ineffective and result in self-blame and loss of self-esteem/self-confidence.

We believe in the power of your subconscious mind. That’s why we are committed to helping you reprogram your subconscious mind so that there is alignment between conscious desire and subconscious direction.

Rapid Resolution Therapy®, as developed by Dr. Jon Connelly, utilizes innovative concepts, multi-level communication and specialized tools to resolve emotional disturbance and maladaptive behavior. RRT changes how the unconscious mind processes information so that improvements are natural, automatic, and lasting.

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. It also is called hypnotherapy.  Hypnosis usually is most effectively done with the guidance of a trained practitioner using verbal repetition and mental images. During hypnosis, most people feel calm and relaxed. Hypnosis typically makes people more open to suggestions about behavior changes.

Hypnosis can help you gain control over behaviors you’d like to change. It may help you cope better with anxiety or pain. Although you’re more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don’t lose control over your behavior during a hypnosis session.

In addition to the hypnosis used in our sessions, we’ll be teaching you how to use self-hypnosis to develop your own ability to communicate with your subconscious mind.

Subconscious Sobriety™  is our unique approach that combines the use of Hypnosis and Bias Modification to change the relationship between the substance and subconscious mind.

People report being absorbed in a conversation and are then surprised that the way they feel and think has been transformed. They tell us they feel lighter and that it is impossible to experience the turmoil that had been weighing them down. They report a sense of freedom and clarity.

No.  We never ask people to re-live painful experiences.

I started Habit Architects because my experience as a therapist and coach continued to show me that most people consciously KNOW what they want to be BEING, DOING, and HAVING, yet something seems to be holding them back.

At Habit Architects, we specialize in helping you identify and overcome what’s been holding you back in life so that you can move forward in living the life you want to live.
