"I believe your goals can be achieved with the right mindset and habit set."

At Habit Architects, we specialize in helping you identify and overcome what’s been holding you back in life so that you can move forward in living the life you want to live.

We begin by using Hypnosis and Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) to clear unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors at the unconscious level.

Then, using our unique and customized Habit Architecture™ program, we work together to design and implement a system of habits that will ultimately result in the achievement of your goal.

Along the way, you will be learning all the skills you need to be your own Habit Architect!

Rapid Resolution Therapy®, as developed by Dr. Jon Connelly, utilizes innovative concepts, multi-level communication and specialized tools to resolve emotional disturbance and maladaptive behavior. RRT changes how the unconscious mind processes information so that improvements are natural, automatic, and lasting.

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. It also is called hypnotherapy.  Hypnosis usually is most effectively done with the guidance of a trained practitioner using verbal repetition and mental images. During hypnosis, most people feel calm and relaxed. Hypnosis typically makes people more open to suggestions about behavior changes.

Hypnosis can help you gain control over behaviors you’d like to change. It may help you cope better with anxiety or pain. Although you’re more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don’t lose control over your behavior during a hypnosis session.

In addition to the hypnosis used in our sessions, I’ll be teaching you how to use self-hypnosis to develop your own ability to communicate with your subconscious mind.

Habit Architecture is our science-based methodology for helping you gather the necessary reasons, resources, and requirements in order to successfully develop the habits that are necessary to build the life you want.

Rapid Resolution Therapy® utilizes innovative concepts, multi-level communication and specialized tools to resolve emotional disturbance and maladaptive behavior.  RRT changes how the unconscious mind processes information so that improvements are natural, automatic, and lasting.  RRT is painless. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

Each 2-hour RRT session gives us an uninterrupted block of time in order to clear anything that’s in the way of you building what you want to build. Click here to learn more about our RRT services.

These sessions are used to accomplish the Conceive, Chart, Check, and Correct processes. RRT is incorporated into these sessions as needed.

Stuck with something during the project? You’ll have our support between sessions. We are all-in on your success!

Someone once said, “If you want to accomplish anything in life, find a group of people who are doing that thing and become a part of that group.” That’s what our Mastermind Groups are all about. You will be a part of a group of Habit Architects, like yourself, who mutually support one another in accomplishing your goals.

How it works

OUR PROCESS

Our process of designing and building habits is grounded in a philosophy that is based on years of research and experience.

We believe that a building is only as solid as the foundation on which it is built. We believe that, too often, people are attempting to build something new on a foundation that has been shaped by past trauma and experiences.

For this reason, we start the building process by first using Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) and Hypnosis to clear disturbing experiences and beliefs that are stored at an unconscious level.

After this clearing phase, we go to work on designing and building the habits that will result in the realization of your dream.

"Your unconscious mind is your best friend.
Are you speaking the same language?"

Habit Architects #1 Clear

CLEAR

There is often a need for a “demolition” phase before building something new.  Many people are trying to build on top of an old structure (i.e. an old mindset).  It’s easier to clear away the old to make way for the new.

Habit Architects #2 Conceive

CONCEIVE

Now that we have a clear space on which to build, we then get clear on what it is that you want.  What is it that you want?  What is it that you really want – that is not constrained by the past?

Habit Architects #3 Chart

CHART

How will we go about building that?  This is where we develop the blueprints for your project. What are the habits necessary for completion?

Habit Architects #4 Collaborate

COLLABORATE

You are a self-builder who, with our support, will be assembling the crew with whom you will collaborate on the project.

Habit Architects #5 Construct

CONSTRUCT

You’ve cleared the space, know what you want to build, developed the blueprints, and assembled your partners in the project.  Now it’s time to break ground and let the building begin!

Habit Architects #6 Check

CHECK

We continue to inspect the work to make sure it is on track and consistent with the design.  If something isn’t working, we don’t believe that YOU are at fault – we believe it was a flaw in the plan.  And, the only thing worse than discovering a flaw in the design is waiting to discover it until you’ve built three additional stories on top of that flaw.

Habit Architects #7 Correct

CORRECT

If something isn’t producing the intended result, we change it and do something differently.  This phases of collaboration, construction, checking, and correcting are ongoing.  They are all about adjusting based on the results you are getting.

Habit Architects #8 Complete

COMPLETE

After developing a system of habits that is working, we continue doing it consistently until it is cemented as a routine – a routine that results in the automatic and eventual completion of the project.

Why it Works

OUR PHILOSOPHY

If one accurately defines the project, secures the necessary assets to complete the project, takes consistent action toward the project completion, and remains accountable for the outcome, the project will be successfully completed.

We believe that the target project should be:

(1) Clearly defined
(2) Consistent with what you really want
(3) Composed of the specific set of habits that will result in project completion

We believe that most projects fail due to missing necessary resources to complete the job.

We believe the essential resources in habit architecture are:

(1) Mindset – the total clearing of the ‘old building’ so that there is a clean and clear space on which a vivid mental picture of your ‘new building’ is then created.

(2) Material – the essential physical resources that you will need to immediately get to work – nothing more/nothing less.

(3) Means – your personal skillset that is developed through habitual and routine action. And the team that you assemble to support you.

We believe that many projects never get off the ground due to being stuck in a phase we like to call “perpetual preparation.”

No building has ever been built from inside the construction trailer.

We believe that having something at stake is an essential ingredient in the formula for project completion.

This ingredient will serve as the motivation when obstacles show up in the building process.
